- Parking Lots open at 5:30 p.m.
- Volunteers will be onsite to direct parking.
- Parking for the Jamie Hurd Amphitheater is in the lots for the nearby City of West Des Moines buildings and in the two adjacent West Des Moines Schools.
- Limited Handicapped parking is the western end of the lot west of the WDM City Hall. There will also be a few handicapped parking spots in each of the WDM City and WDM Schools lots.
- ALL volunteers should use Valley Southwoods parking lots.

- Seating inside the Jame Hurd Amphitheater begins at 5:30 p.m.
- Tickets are required for anyone within the Amphitheater.
- All ticketed seating is in front of and on the sides of the stage in the grassy areas within the Amphitheater.
- All seating is General Admission.
- You may pass in and out of the Amphitheater; tickets are required to re-enter.
- No reserved seating.
- Limited handicapped seating is available along the main sidewalk within the Amphitheater, and will be marked. Volunteers may assist if needed.
- So that everyone may enjoy the concert, ONLY LAWN or CAMP CHAIRS will be permitted. No lounge chairs or blankets are allowed.
